• Early bird discounts are available until specified dates.
• Group discounts may apply for bulk bookings (10+ tickets).

2.2 Payment Methods

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Payment confirmation will be sent via email and SMS.

3.1 Entry Requirements

• Valid ticket (digital or physical) must be presented at entry.
• Government-issued photo ID is required for verification.

• Kerala Fest organizers are not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or theft during the event.
• We are not liable for changes in the schedule, cancellation of performances, or force majeure events.
• Participants attend at their own risk and are advised to have appropriate insurance.

6. Event Changes & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or lineup.
• In case of complete event cancellation, full refunds will be provided.
• Updates will be communicated via email, SMS, and our website.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

8. Sponsorship & Vendor Terms
